As a member of the solution consulting group, your task will be to develop new solutions for proof-of-concept works tailored to existing customer needs. Such solutions will include, but not limited to, the use of molecular modelling tools as implemented in BIOVIA Materials Studio® package as well as building scripts and protocols from BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot®.
Your mission will be to build an end-to-end solution that can be used by existing BIOVIA customers.
The scientific focus of the proof-of-concept will be on the use of simulation tools used to predict relevant physical properties of pharmaceutical tablets with respect to their composition and powder compaction.

What will your role be?
- Prototype innovative solutions using 3DS tools
- Validate and improve the solution(s) with our final users through presentations of your work and through user tests
- Collaborate in a multi-cultural team, composed by products owners, developers, consultants and scientists
The challenge ahead
- Learn to work in a mutli-disciplinary team localized around the world
- Learn multiple BIOVIA software packages
- Learn and apply the fundamentals of molecular modelling; and in particular on its use in computational pharmaceutical materials science
- Improve your scientific knowledge through extensive review of current literature and existing state-of-the-art solutions

Your key success factors
- Masters in Chemistry, Physics or Materials Science
- Previous experience of specialising in the use of predictive science applied to industrially relevant issues (i.e. such as drug development) is preferred
- You wish to develop your competencies on modelling and simulation technologies
- You will demonstrate technical skills in Molecular modelling (drawing, computation) packages
- Demonstrate a good scientific background, general knowledge of physical-chemistry
- Prototyping experience is preferred
- Able to get up to speed quickly and work independently
- Demonstrate a critical mind with the ability to give constructive feedback
- Fluent in the English language
