Who you are
You are a highly motivated undergraduate/graduate who wants to build broad B2B marketing experience and also gain knowledge of how ABE (Account-Based Engagement) works to drive pipeline across a defined universe of accounts. You are interested in joining a high-growth technology company to support our ABE Marketing function across EMEA .

About the role
In this role you will work to assist the ABE team on a wide variety of activities such as market intelligence, account prioritization, targeted messaging and content, campaign planning & activation for key accounts to support specific sales objectives. You will help to drive a series of projects focused on brand awareness, lead generation and ABE tactics to drive demand for our Pulse platform across a defined universe of ABE accounts. You will provide day-to-day support of the planning, development and execution of ABE marketing plans, with a focus on measuring, analyzing and reporting on their effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Campaign development and execution:
- Assist in the project management of key ABE marketing programs to ensure timely and effective execution
- Help to set up the tracking of such activities and report on their effectiveness
- Share the learnings with the wider Go-To-Market team and ABE counterparts in North America
Content marketing:
- Conduct a content audit to identify gaps and opportunities for content development
- Develop new content ideas that will help support sector-specific messaging
- Support the ABE team in the creation of case studies and customer testimonials
Email marketing:
- Evaluate the current performance of the ABE nurture programs and recommend areas for improvement
- Partner with Marketing Operations to create and add new content into ABE email nurture streams
- Run A/B tests to optimize performance
Digital advertising:
- Assist with the briefing in of digital campaigns
- Optimize copy and creative to improve conversion rates
Sector-specific + 1:1 Account analysis:
- Conduct research and create a crib sheet of industry pain points and key organizations for each of our 1:Few sectors
- Deep dive into social media messaging and websites of each of our 1:1 accounts
- Run and analyze Demandbase dashboard reports across our 1:1 and 1:Few accounts
Day-to-day support:
- Monitor and maintain ABE leads
- Support the ABE team in event and gifting programs
- Respond to ad hoc Sales requests to accelerate opportunities
Desired skills and experience
- An undergraduate/graduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and dedicated work ethic

- Ability to see a project through to completion and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, collaborate and communicate ideas
- Familiar with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus
