Summary of role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR team in a global investment bank. The internship will provide the candidate with exposure to the full HR life cycle from recruitment to offboarding. Primarily assisting the team with execution and administration of HR processes and projects, the successful candidate will get to see and experience in all aspects of the team’s role, building an understanding of the role of HR in a professional services firm.

Core responsibilities

  • Recruitment: coordination and administration:
    • CV tracking
    • Interview arranging
    • Candidate progress and team support
  • Joiners & Leavers:
    • Collecting joiners information
    • Arranging first day logistics and inductions
  • Training:
    • Coordinating courses and attendance
    • Supporting trainers and delegates on the day
  • Graduate Recruitment
    • Help coordinate graduate recruitment process
    • Helping at assessment days
  • Supporting wider ad hoc projects across Diversity, Wellbeing, Recruitment and Training.
