The Right Advice. The Right People.

About DC Advisory

DC Advisory is a leading corporate finance advisor with specific expertise in cross-border transactions. As part of an established global business we offer access to over 500 professionals throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe. DC Advisory provides tailored independent advice on M&A, debt raisings and restructurings.

Joining as an Analyst Intern

Our Interns join us in late June and spend ten weeks with the business. Interns work with one team for the duration of the internship and will be involved in the team’s current work flow. This can mean immediately working on a live deal, giving you first hand experience of working as an analyst.

At the end of the internship we look to make offers to successful interns to come back as Graduate Analysts the following year.

What we look for

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a demanding and exciting environment. You do not need a background in finance or to have had an internship in investment banking. We are looking for people with commercial acumen, business awareness and a real interest in working in M&A. You should, however, be ready to be challenged on your understanding of M&A and valuation theory during the interview process.

Requirements

  • Available full time for 10 weeks from late June 2022
  • Penultimate year students, graduating in 2023
  • Excellent academics and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ambitious and highly motivated
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
