What you’ll achieve

As a Customer Experience programs intern, you will be responsible for shaping and improving how our customers use technology to support their Dell products. You will work with commercial customers and internal stakeholders from around the world on defining business requirements and building customer journeys that accelerate our customers digital support transformation. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn and collaborate with amazing teams all focused on delivering the best customer experience.

You will

  • Engage with customers, conduct insight interviews, define their needs and requirements
  • Build customer journeys that put the customer first and deliver value
  • Develop experience in presenting insights and recommendations
  • Gain insight and experience defining business needs
  • Learn to collaborate across global teams and influence stakeholders through storytelling

Essential Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent, with excellent communication skills, fluent in English
  • Problem solver that can see beyond the obvious
  • Highly organised self-starter with project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset and able to work with a variety of data sources

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree due to graduate summer of 2022
