Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers through telephone and email conversations. It will be your job to ensure that every customer interaction is tailored and exceptional.

You will

  • Be responsible for preparing customer orders for processing
  • Revalidating expired quotations and online portals
  • Supporting customers with delivery dates and post sales queries
  • Working along side the Account Managers to assist with holiday cover, dealing directly with customers
  • Liaising with all parts of the business to support our account managers and customers

Essential Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of the full range of company and third-party technology, products and services, and how these products and services align to customer needs
  • General industry and competitor knowledge
  • Good customer relationship skills and organisational skills as this team is very busy
  • Ability to look at a problem / process and come up with new ideas and ways of working to support the team and customers
  • Graduating or graduated in 2021
