Join us as a Project Coordinator Intern on our Service Delivery team in Bracknell to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be be liaison between all business areas and third party suppliers, where the role will be the main interface for the project team and business representatives.  You will work on a PC as a Service Program one of Dell Technologies large customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective communication with the business and stakeholders (including third parties and suppliers) ensuring this is delivered in a timely and clear fashion, with expectations clearly set and met.
  • Understand & adhere to project timelines, and where necessary, assist parties with prioritising workload to meet the timelines
  • Effectively manage and document any issues/escalations raised, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner and to a successful conclusion
  • Assist in preparation of detailed deployment schedule in conjunction with the business and third party suppliers, and in line with the project T- schedule
  • Manage changes to the deployment schedule in line with the project T- schedule

Requirements

  • Ongoing undergraduate course work
  • Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and record information accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel
  • Attention to detail

Desirable Requirements

  • This internship is for a placement year during a bachelor degree
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
