General description

The Graduate programme begins with our recruitment process, including a 4 day ‘bootcamp’ where you will meet other applicants, learn about the company and take part in activities designed to showcase your learning ability, skills and personal values. Successful candidates will then be placed on our three-year training programme. During this programme, you will sit within our Academy where you will be learning whilst you work. Our Academy allows individuals to gain valuable experience across various business lines, most often including Client Lifecycle Management, Post Trade Services and Consulting. Most individuals are placed on a client-based project right away meaning your on-the-job learning starts immediately, and this practical experience is supported by ongoing leading-edge training, pastoral care and career guidance. After gaining experience on one client project, you will be rotated across others to ensure you build multi-faceted experience and expertise, resulting in you to selecting an area of specialism upon graduating from the Academy. You will regularly be visiting the Delta Capita Headquarters to meet your teams, network, socialise, and to attend in-person training sessions. You will have met some of your colleagues at the bootcamp, but our Head Office staff will be eager to meet you and get to know you, so you can expect lots of socialising early on! Between projects, you will be ‘on the bench’, and will be stationed at Head Office where you will have opportunities to learn from and support the Head Office functions.

As a key pillar of the Academy, learning and development underpins the entire programme and you will have ongoing access to specialist blended training using world class eLearning modules alongside highly interactive classroom-based sessions.
