Deluxe Media is seeking an Audio Administration Co-Ordinator to undertake a variety of duties in our Audio department based at Deluxe House in Perivale.
Role and responsibilities
- Responsible for the Centralised Mix Audio department’s room and staff scheduling
- Organise freelancers to cover burst capacity
- Liaise with clients, keeping up to date with work orders and requests
- Responsible for all client and internal billing for the Audio Department
- Provide detailed Metric reports on request
- Maintain and update internal & client excel sheets/trackers
- Assist the Director of Audio, Business Development Manager and the wider Audio team on a daily basis and be aware of all materials needing to be delivered from the facility via various digital platforms
- Liaise with the wider audio team to provide client updates on project progress.
- Provide visibility on audio assets to clients through various delivery platforms and ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time
- Assist with on-site client visits, supervision and meetings
- General file management duties
Key requirements
The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), as well as:
- A strong technical ability to learn and develop with internal operational tools.
- A good understanding of Film Sound Technology – i.e. the post production process, various file formats, and the post production workflow would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure and meet very tight client deadlines
- Capable of working in a team and being a very strong team player
- Willing to learn new technology and take on new responsibilities as and when needed
- Adaptable and dynamic approach to a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving license
