How does the programme work?

In the Plan and Logistics teams you’ll work with experts who drive agility into our end-to end global supply chain to ensure we are ‘best in class’. Planning drives what products and materials exist across our supply chain to meet customer needs. You’ll help ensure the right products are in the right location at the right time. Our Logistics team manages the warehousing, transport, and delivery of our products from the manufacturing site to our customers across the globe.

Over the three year rotation programme, you’ll have an opportunity to excel in exciting specialisms and gain high-quality leadership skills. Your get to gather insights from the wider business with potential development opportunities into Global Brand Manufacturing and Procurement as one of your rotations, giving you depth and breadth across the business.

Development will happen through a combination of formal training, mentoring and coaching from respected colleagues and, most importantly, real world, on-the-job experience. From the start you’ll be working on projects that will challenge you and put your skills to the test. You’ll be able to make a real contribution to the business while building a global network of relationships that will support your career, both now and long into the future.

There may be the opportunity to relocate to another exciting part of our organization within Europe either during or after the program, should you wish to.

Who are we looking for?

On the qualification side, you’ll need to have obtained or be expecting to obtain an academic degree and be graduating in 2021 or within the last 5 years.

You must have fluency in English and although the roles are based in Scotland we welcome applications from all who wish to relocate and join the heart of our Supply organisation.

But character is everything. You’ll need to be a curious, flexible, self-motivated team-player who loves to turn ideas into action and someone who shows integrity, respect for others and, above all, a passion for learning something new every day.
