The role

DJS Research require a Junior Field Executive and Field Executive to help manage market research projects within the company.  Both roles are full time positions. Hours of work will be 7 hours per day Monday – Friday.

The core roles will consist of helping to support the field team in all aspects of the project process. Also, having responsibility for managing small field / recruitment projects from start to finish with support from another more senior team member.

The candidates will be given the opportunity to develop skills in market research, and field / recruitment issues in particular. The candidates will work with members of staff throughout the company, having regular dealings with researchers and analysts at all levels – including senior directors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an agency which has a number of major clients in both the public and private sectors.

The Candidates

Some Market Research experience is desirable but not essential, as full “on the job” training will be given. More important are the key qualities we are looking for.

You will be confident and focused and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to manage your time and duties in a professional and effective way, with minimal supervision. You must have a flexible attitude, work well under pressure, with the ability to work within both a team environment and using your own initiative to meet tight deadlines. You must be able to interact with people at all levels and work with them to deliver quality work.  It is important to have knowledge of Excel and Word (Microsoft Office).
