As a member of the Global Business Development team, the International Business Development Sales Support Intern ((6 Month Contract with potential to go permanent after successful completion) performance, will be supporting our data optimisation projects, reporting & analysis, salesforce.com data cleanse and list building. The role provides support for the whole Business Development team and can be considered a step into the world of SaaS sales.

To be successful in this role you will have the  ability to be highly effective in Excel, have basic business acumen, excellent curiosity and interpersonal skills, have the ability to learn new tech tools quickly and to be able to communicate and work collaboratively with other groups across the organisation

What you will do

  • Provide International Sales Support on administrative tasks  including; data integrity and enrichment activities using Excel
  • Create lists of International Sales target accounts for our Sales representatives to contact
  • Mapping out existing accounts and making sure these are reflected in the CRM / updated accordingly
  • Data market research: use reporting functions in Salesforce to identify patterns and trends in the market to feedback to sales team

What you will learn

  • You will enter the fast growing space of SaaS and learn how sales is structured from start to finish
  • You will be able to use your language skills and adapt your communication by interacting with various levels of seniority within the business
  • You will learn how to use the best in class softwares used by most SaaS in the market (Salesforce, Outreach, G-suite, Cognism…)
  • Gain an understanding of sales funnel stages and industry KPIs

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in English and a second European language
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Passion or interest in Sales 
  • Strong communication and a logical thinker
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
