Job Description

We are delighted to announce that we are currently recruiting for a Graduate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive. This could lead to a full time role within our CRM account management team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Facilitate day-to-day support and high level query resolution for National/Strategic Account Managers
  • Provide analytical MIS reporting using internal business platforms and systems
  • Support National/Strategic Account Managers with customer calls, emails and query escalations
  • General CRM support for National/Strategic Account Managers through liaising with all key departments as necessary
  • Carry out specific analysis of customer data, industry sector and vertical market trends
  • Support and gather information for UK Domestics and Pan-European tenders
  • Attend customer and business meetings as required
  • To manage and support a selected small customer portfolio

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be educated to degree level with a minimum 2:1 Classification or equivalent. Outstanding communication skills and critical in this role and we are looking for resilient, dynamic and enthusiastic candidates who demonstrate leadership qualities to be able to take our business forward.

We would also expect

  • The ability to produce accurate and timely reporting as required.
  • Must have the initiative to take ownership of customer queries and think through the solutions to them
  • Must have a good attention to detail and consistently maintain high standards
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Be I.T literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office/G Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote)
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and work on own initiative
  • Demonstrate the core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work and Accountability.

Additional Information

A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role as is a flexible approach to travel and occasional overnight stays..
