During the Recycling & Paper Graduate Programme you’ll have the opportunity to work in two different countries on four assignments, across different business areas. Looking after the environment is central to our business. At DS Smith we make, use, collect and recycle cardboard packaging with 14 days. We are ambitious in trying to innovate and tackle some of the most complex challenges, such as how to recycle the millions of coffee cups that are discarded daily! By joining our Graduate Programme you can take part in our most challenging projects.

Requirements
DS Smith is looking for outstanding and dynamic individuals who have leadership potential and a strong interest in pursuing an international career in the paper industry.
- We are looking for top-class graduates willing to work for a growing leading multinational company
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language
- Have just graduated or have a maximum of up to two years working experience since the graduation
- Fully mobile and have an ability and desire to re-locate across Europe
