The Brand Marketing team generate and increased brand love, awareness and consideration in customers, encouraging existing customers to shop and new customers to consider Dunelm as a shopping destination.
Their brand platform, The Home of Homes, is supported by owned channels, including ATL and organic social, as well as earned media and influencer engagement, underpinned by consistent creative and tone of voice.
Working closely with the Commercial teams, Digital Trading and Digital Marketing they ensure the seamless promotion of product offering and work as a responsible retailer to support local communities and the world in which we operate.
Work closely with the Charity Partnerships Manager, wider Community team, Finance, Legal, Store Ops, People, Marketing, Support Sites and external agencies. The Charity Partnership Coordinator will have an important role in maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships with organizations, as well as identifying new opportunities to drive the strategic charity agenda.
What you'll be doing
Ensure good operational grip of charity plans, this will include (but not limited to):
- Local Charity Partnership support
- POS Briefs / Ordering for annual calendar
- Charity content for Community channel
- Always on National Charity partner social channels
- Co-ordinate in store activations
- Campaign/Content Performance Reporting
- Product donations co-ordination
- Attend charity meetings
What we'll look for in you
- A passion and desire to drive social change and deliver commercial return for the business.
- Ability to manage competing workloads.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good understanding of basic IT platforms (Microsoft) and ability to learn new platforms associated with the role
- Ability to connect with other functions within Dunelm and external partners
- Be confident in producing and sharing charity performance insight to business
- Regular reporting and insight on fundraising
- Influential in building relationships and internal networks with colleagues at all levels.
- Able to demonstrate the development of innovative approaches and creativity in charity partnerships, charity programme development and problem solving.
