If you’re highly creative, with a passion for product and are looking for a Graduate role in Design then our Graduate Programme in our Craft Design Team may just be what you’re looking for.
Working on our Haberdashery, Crafting and Floral Design categories. This is a broad role encompassing Design, working with our Styling, Photography and our Store Display team. We’ll offer you the development and coaching required when starting out your career in this creative space.
You’ll also be involved in a project throughout the Graduate programme focussing on developing craft kits, understanding how to bring this offer to our customers and working with a number of internal business areas in promoting this to this specialist market.
We’ve deliberately kept this role quite open as it’s your ability to design that we would really like to see shine through.
