Responsibilities
- Assisting with case management, legal research, and document preparation
- Reviewing and analysing credit hire claims
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Managing case files efficiently and ensuring compliance with court deadlines
- Supporting senior fee earners with litigation processes
What will help you succeed in this role?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
- A law degree (or equivalent legal qualification)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A keen interest in credit hire and litigation
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
