Efficio is a specialist management consultancy, focussed on procurement and supply chain. Efficio Academy is focused on Learning & Development, both internally and externally, aiming to provide our clients with an effective and sustainable end-to-end training programme to deliver continual upskilling. We offer a suite of trainings for the procurement practitioner covering a range of analytical, procurement and business or soft skills required. The training programme is designed for the organisation depending on the specific needs and areas of focus and can be delivered via several methods to ensure it is effective and impactful for the trainees. We maximise sustainability of this programme using eLearning, Review & Reflect Sessions and Train-the-Trainer.
The Efficio Academy Team includes both consultants and L&D practitioners who work very closely with the hundreds of consultants at Efficio delivering the trainings. The importance of this offering to the business is growing rapidly in the organisation with objectives ranging from personal development to business and account development. The demand from our clients has increased substantially and we expect to have an L&D workstream for every project we deliver. This role will involve exposure to all levels of the business and senior client stakeholders.
This opportunity would suit an intelligent and creative individual who wants to work in consulting and has an interest in learning and development with a focus in the exciting new realm of digital learning solutions. This individual will work closely with subject matter experts to translate their knowledge into engaging eLearning as well as designing broader learning solutions to accommodate different learning styles and different experience levels. As a member of the broader Efficio Academy team this individual will also get involved with other areas such as classroom training development, client/ internal training delivery and overall L&D strategy.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Efficio Academy’s digital content strategy and roll-out including creation, delivery, and maintenance/ improvement
- Developing dynamic and engaging digital trainings with contributions to instructor-led trainings (ILT) as needed
- Developing exciting eLearning modules which can involve collaborating with Efficio consultants, liaising with external providers for voiceover production, editing recordings of trainings and creating SCORM files
- Establishing guidelines and plan for digital training development and onboarding/ training consultants to develop digital learning content with the aim of increasing the number of courses exponentially
- Playing a key role in defining the required technology and integration with other Efficio technology and where necessary driving the sourcing of the solution
- Collaborating with knowledgeable and experienced consultants to develop digital training material (and ILT where needed)
- Capturing learnings and feedback from external (client) and internal training delivery to ensure best-practice digital training is maintained and updated
- Managing client eLearning usage, encouraging engagement, and obtaining feedback
- Designing effective and sustainable digital or blended training programmes for clients working together with the broader team
- Playing a key role in supporting Efficio Academy’s long-term strategy
- Owning and delivering one or more of the key modules which are part of the syllabus, driving continuous improvement as required
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Well-rounded education. A Bachelor’s degree is required (min. 2.1.) in any discipline
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong client engagement skills
- Interested in learning new skills in digital training and L&D
- IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Organised with a very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently
- Confident with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organisation
- Strong interpersonal skills, motivated and positive
