The Resourcing and Project Delivery team (team of 4) are responsible for resource allocation activities, deploying our 450+ consultants to projects such that we:

a) assign consultants to roles that meet their personal development objectives,
b) allocate resources with the specialist skillsets required on a client-by-client basis and
c) build team structures to deliver high-quality, efficient programmes to maximise profitability. The team is based in London and is supported by our regional operations teams in Copenhagen, Dubai, Dusseldorf and New York.

The Resourcing team is currently recruiting for a Resourcing Coordinator to support resource deployment activities and administration. The Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the allocation of junior grades on to projects and managing and maintaining our Professional Services Automation (PSA) System in FinancialForce, the accuracy of which is critical for managing consultant utilisation and the financial performance of our projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Resourcing Manager to engage all levels of the business to ensure data integrity within our system.

Description

  • Support the allocation of the junior grades on to projects
  • Responsible for the smooth onboarding of the junior grades and become their first point of contact for staffing related questions
  • Become a FinancialForce ambassador and train/support new users
  • Work with the Resourcing Manager and Project Managers to conduct day-to-day administration of consultant and business services’ project assignments
  • Utilise FinancialForce functionality to provide insights into resource utilisation, demand and forecasting
  • Working with consultants and HR/L&D to ensure that consultant skills and development needs are kept up to date in the system
  • Proactively identify data integrity issues and define options for resolution
  • Act as the point of contact for all resource administration queries
  • Design and implement revised business engagement strategy to facilitate long term data integrity and accuracy
  • A continuous improvement mindset to challenge current ways of working and to seek process and efficiency improvements

Essential Requirements

  • Degree educated, ideal background in Social Sciences
  • Interest in people development, exposure to HR/L&D/Recruitment
  • Able to manage multiple activities for different stakeholders under time pressure
  • Able to flex to different working styles and personalities
  • Prior experience in administration roles
  • Experienced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, quick learner, curious
  • Calm, empathetic and diplomaticDesirable Requirements• FinancialForce/Salesforce experience
  • General understanding of business operations in a professional services environment
  • Fluent in one of our business languages would be advantageous
