As an SDR Intern, you will support our Sales Development and Marketing teams in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive business growth across EMEA.

You will learn how to identify and engage prospective customers, maintain CRM data integrity, and contribute to campaigns that maximize lead generation for our SaaS marketing cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads and target accounts using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRM databases.
  • Assist with lead qualification, queue management, and timely follow-up to ensure smooth pipeline progression.
  • Support SDR enablement efforts by organizing call scripts, email templates, and training content.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, support campaign execution, and monitor results.
  • Run and maintain basic reports/dashboards (Excel, Salesforce) to track team activity and performance.
  • Participate in team meetings, capture notes, track action items, and follow up where required.
  • Assist in CRM data hygiene—update and maintain accurate lead, contact, and account records, and remove duplicates.
  • Learn and apply the established sales process, using sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Engage with prospects via email and phone to introduce solutions and build relationships under guidance.
  • Contribute to special projects, including account enrichment, process audits, and territory/account reviews.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and SaaS technology.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and open to learning Salesforce and other marketing tools.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
