Enate is a fast-growing, global B2B SaaS company headquartered in Cheltenham with a regional office in India. We develop cutting-edge SaaS Process Orchestration software that makes it easier to manage a workforce of humans and digital workers for simplified end-to-end business processes. See www.enate.io

We are looking for someone to join our expanding Customer Success Team who can help our global user base understand how they can get the most out of our product, and to help them succeed in their roles through using all the features Enate has to offer. This is an excellent opportunity to start early with a tech start-up in an exciting role that will have a direct impact on customers and users.

About the position

Your role will primarily focus on increasing awareness within our customer userbase of Enate’s various product features, to help them run their day-to-day business processes: looking at which features and functionality they’re using (and not using!) and working on solutions to tackle this.

What you’ll be working on in the first three months:

  • Analysing feature usage in the Enate product using tools such as Google Analytics UserPilot and PostHog.
  • Working to improve feature adoption and knowledge of Enate. You’ll work with UserPilot to create User Guiding and In-app user engagement: building explainers and walkthroughs that sit in the product to raise awareness of what it can do and show users how to do it. You’ll be working with other members of the Learning team to come up with exciting explainers and pinpoint where and when best to deploy them.
  • Supporting new feature uptake immediately after each new product release to make sure hot new features get high visibility among our customers and users.

Future possibilities

  • Meeting customers, hearing their feedback and creating plans to promote further success within their teams of users
  • Involvement in developing free trials of the software, helping new and trial users understand how to use Enate and where the benefits are for them
  • Involvement in creating exciting Enate training courses using the data and knowledge acquired from the analysis above
  • Coming up with new initiatives for User Engagement and Adoption.
  • Conducting online training sessions.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Good at explaining things in general
  • Interested in the user experience of software
  • Excellent written English skills – there will be a writing test
  • Graduate qualified
  • Good at analysing and interpreting data
  • Comfortable working with various software packages
  • Versatile, looking to try on new hats and learn new skills as needs arise
  • A self-starting member of a team, able to come up with your own ideas and problem-solving initiatives.

Experience with the analytics tools mentioned is a plus but not an essential, as training will be provided.

About us
