Contract Summary

IMG are seeking a Production Assistant to provide admin support for the Premier League Studio/Content team and across the Premier League Productions team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • To provide administrative support for Premier League Productions, across Channel & Core programming;
  • Booking complex travel and accommodation requirements and ensuring corresponding paperwork is filed;
  • Responsible for scripts and music cue sheets on Premier League Core & Studio programming (World/Preview/Review/Fanzone/Football Today/Kick-Off), including uploading scripts/music cue sheets to extranet
  • Production administration: invoice processing, purchase orders, post-production paperwork (PASB; archive lists, music cue sheets etc.)
  • Set up of single-camera shoots including booking crew, contributors, equipment, travel, accommodation, visas, carnets, call sheets;
  • Assisting with crew bookings and post-production facilities bookings;
  • Point of contact for both internal and external clients
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job as directed by the Production Coordinator & Production Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience in Production Secretary or Runner role
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role – dealing with queries etc.
  • Extensive experience of arranging travel with precise criteria and at short notice

Working Conditions

  • This is a fixed-term contract until 27th May 2022 and will be based at Stockley Business Park, Uxbridge.
  • Working hours are an average of 40 hours per week, including weekend work.
  • Will be required to work some Bank Holidays as required
  • Will require late start/finishes and weekend working where necessary
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (good typing speed)
