The role
In our Marketing team, you’ll have the thrill of working on new campaigns for our key brands or managing products internationally. From analytics to brand communication, with project team work on an international scale, a placement at Energizer will allow you to explore every single aspect of an international marketing department.
The 12.5 month Industrial Placement in marketing is designed to help you build on certain strengths. These include being a quick learner, team player and talented organiser who is good at building relationships and focused on achieving results. You will also need strong commercial acumen, good influencing skills and the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes.
Required Skills and Experience
- You are an undergraduate studying for a degree in which a year in industry is part of your structured course syllabus
- You are highly driven, ambitious, passionate, autonomous and independent
- Managing complexity: you prioritise and organise your time effectively
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong persuasive, and presentation capabilities
- You are dynamic and enjoy working in a highly collaborative and open team
- Fluency in English required, other European languages desirable
- Expected degree minimum of a 2:1 or European equivalent.
- High level computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning and working with internal systems
- Effectively work virtually
