We are building up our far-reaching business with operators in UK & Ireland, and we are looking for dynamic, customer focused, techno-commercially skilled candidates ready to contribute to our business success.

You will

  • Positioning Ericsson as thought and technology leader in RAN and Transport, and as the trusted advisor to our operator customers
  • Building a positive relationship with customer’s decision-makers
  • Generating new business opportunities and securing profitable business in the tender phase using techno commercial and value argumentation tactics and working closely with the sales Team
  • Developing technical presentations & proposals and perform customer presentations
  • Conducting technical negotiation and influence operators’ technology strategies by presenting Ericsson’s technology insights and solutions
  • Contributing to the development of a prioritised view of network evolution needs and target network architecture
  • Staying up-to-date on new technology/technical areas & share information about Ericsson solutions to enable customer competence build up

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Technical knowledge in the Telco sector, preferably in RAN and Transport
  • Creative approach to problem solving and dedication to finding solutions to customer problems
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills and easily adjust communication style to different audiences
  • Team playing with very good collaboration and team leading skills
  • Strong strategic orientation and creative attitude with the ability to look ahead of the curve, understanding our customers’ requirements, and act in order to add value. Continuously identify initiatives required to execute on our strategy optimally
  • A change agent, an influencer, inclusive and a trusted partner
