We seek to hire a Learning and Development Analytics intern who can transform learning data into valuable insights and shape the future of learning in Ericsson. We are looking for someone that is passionate about data as well as about how people learn to help us create analytics solutions that will help move up the value chain towards predictive and prescriptive analytics.

You will work closely with the Head of Learning analytics and collaborate with Learning consultants across the world as well as data experts in People analytics team.

You will

  • Build, develop and maintain statistical models, dashboards and other vizualizations to support key business decisions in the L&D area.
  • Design insights (learning and development) by gathering requirements from stakeholders and transforming them into interactive and engaging visualizations or reports
  • Build and deliver custom reports and presentations powered by data visualizations and storytelling
  • Run experiments in the areas of ML as well as correlating learning data with other areas to answer concrete business questions
  • Input to the overall Learning and Development analytics strategy to democratize data

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of Advance Excel, VBA, Macros
  • Strong programming skills including coding experience in the use of R, Python.
  • Self-organisation and ability to plan projects.
  • Essential to have strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple partners.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies, demonstrated through personal projects and commitment to learning new skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility, independence and initiative to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative, resourceful, collaborative spirit.
  • Currently working towards a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business and analytics or similar.
