You'll have a lot of support and will build your technical knowledge by assisting Seniors with tax work while working alongside offshore support (where relevant).

Years 2 and 3 - You'll continue studying for your professional qualification. You will also be gaining invaluable experience through technical tax work and working directly with Managers and above. You will be assisting and delegating work to new joiners and taking on more responsibility on engagements and interacting directly with clients.

Alongside day-to-day work, you'll also have the opportunity to join the many EY networks and social groups available, allowing you to broaden your opportunities and increase your social network.
