Your role

We have an exciting future ahead, our focus is to continue to build on the success of our service offering whilst also working to drive efficiency throughout all the processes in our business, and that’s you come in.

Our busy Transformation team (Project Management Office) works to support the delivery of key Integration initiatives as the business moves through a large period of change.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the organisation to deliver Transformation and Integration activities
  • Increasing the change management maturity of the business through providing effective guidance, coaching and training to the Change Community.
  • Playing an instrumental role in ensuring visibility and transparency of all change activities, their costs and benefits and the resulting outcomes on the UK Business performance.
  • Keeping Sponsors, Regional and Country Integration Leads informed of the status and performance of Projects and programmes, notifying if key decisions, risks and issues need to be escalated
  • Giving sponsors and key stakeholders accurate and timely information to enable them to effectively steer the change and keep us on track to deliver our targets.
  • Developing strong relationships with Business Partners (e.g. HR and Finance) and the Change Community to improve the effectiveness of PMO processes
  • Auditing information to ensure the quality and accuracy of data held in our Project Management Tools
  • Ensuring key processes regarding status updates, risk and issue management and change control processes are adhered to
  • Implementing process improvements and automated reporting to assist the Workstream leads and Project Managers
  • Data Analysis

Is this you?

  • Studying for Business, Mathematics, Economics or Logistics based degree that offers a placement year opportunity
  • Have an awareness of project management principles and practices
  • Is able to demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Can work using own initiative
  • Possesses strong organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail
  • Is able to think analytically and process data and information
  • The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups
