The Fidelity International Graduate Enterprise Development Programme has been designed to develop high potential individuals into our leaders of the future. Purpose of your role

The length of the programme is two years, and during that time you will be able to rotate across four departments across our core businesses; Investment Solutions and Services (ISS), Workplace and Personal Financial Health (WPFH) and Corporate Enablers. You will also have opportunity to have an overseas placement in one of our global offices in the second year of the programme. You will work closely with our Early Careers team and your Business Sponsor to select rotations that match as closely as possible to your skills, interests, ambitions and areas of development. Wherever you find yourself, rest assured we’ll give you the support and guidance you need to focus all your attention on building your skills, knowledge and your network.

Upon completion of the programme, you are expected to continue your career across Fidelity with challenging assignments, preparing you to take up management positions in the future.

Investment Solutions and Services (ISS)

Investment Solutions and Services offers Fidelity’s investment expertise to wholesale, institutional and other professional investing clients. We provide these clients with funds in which, they and their clients can invest, or segregated mandates which are bespoke solutions. We invest our clients’ money in a range of asset classes inc. equities, fixed income and real estate inc. derivatives; we also offer multi-asset products which invest across these and other asset classes and in 3rd party fund products.  We aspire to offer the most innovative and appropriate investment solutions to our clients, and also to support their evolving business needs by unbundling our capabilities to add our expertise to their capabilities.

The Workplace and Personal Financial Health (WPFH)

The Workplace and Personal Financial Health business ensures that we bring our global scale and knowledge together so that we may connect our distribution businesses globally, while remaining sensitive to regional and local requirements. Our strategy is to become a Holistic Financial Wellness Provider and supporting our clients seamlessly through their lifetime cycle of wealth by offering a single Fidelity experience. There are three main types of customers - Workplace Investing (WI) offering investments and administrative services for both global and local corporate pension schemes and their employees, Personal Investing (PI) offering a guidance service to customers who wish to invest directly with us and Advised where clients linked with intermediaries investing on the platform.

Corporate Enablers

The Corporate Enablers operate across the organisation to provide essential support each of our businesses. Our areas of responsibilities include Communications, Corporate Property Services, Finance General Counsel, Human Resources, Procurement, Technology and Digital.

Experience and qualifications required

  • Final year student of Bachelor or Master’s degree at University (Class of 2022)
  • Strong interest in asset management industry
  • Initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent level of communication / presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and any additional language skills would be advantageous
  • Highly motivated, able to think logically, critically & quickly
  • Excellent computer skills
