About the programme
A Spring Week should not be boring. A Spring Week should not be about watching presentations. It should be about building a picture of what your future could look like. Our four-day event will be an immersive introduction to the range of career opportunities available in a global asset management firm.
Workshops: You will navigate through a host of skills sessions and workshops to help you grasp the nature of what we do, and what drives our passion to do it.
Challenges: We will test your skills with our stock picking and business case study challenges – on which you’ll then get feedback from Fidelity’s professionals.
Learn: Identify your strengths and articulate your career goals, with straight-up, honest insights from a mix of current graduate employees and programme alumni.
Network: You will have an opportunity to network with our industry leading experts and graduate analysts alike, to gain a first-hand, authentic view of how a career at Fidelity could work for you.
What we look for
Places on our Spring Week are open to individuals from any degree discipline. We look for first year students or second year students who are on a four year course.
Qualifications: You will need a minimum of ABB at A-Level, and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification.
Motivation: You should have a genuine motivation for wanting to learn more about Fidelity and asset management. We also want to know about those extracurricular activities which tell us who you really are.
Communication: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be highly analytical.
