Job Purpose

Reporting to the Senior HR generalist, the successful HR Graduate will be commercially minded. The HR Graduate will provide guidance and support to the HR Generalists and the wider HR Department. You will work closely with the Payroll team acting as an initial point of contact for enquires and issues related to payroll.

As the HR Graduate, you will assist with all HR matters to include recruitment and selection, processing leavers, processing employees holidays, assist with investigations and disciplinaries. In addition you will maintenance of staff database, including reporting on absence, accidents, retention and diversity.

The HR Graduate will maintain and audit personnel files regularly, ensure maximum efficiency in staffing all departments by driving regular performance appraisals and assist in preparation for all internal and external audits.

You will be required to provide reception cover as and when required.

There will be a full graduate training plan with endless opportunities after the graduate programme.

What it takes

Are you a HR Graduate ready to take on  graduate opportunity in the UK leading Artisan food producer? The HR Graduate will have complete a degree in a relevant discipline with at least one year relevant experience. You will have working knowledge of applicant recruitment systems and HR systems. You will be results orientated with a positive can do attitude and be able to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met.
