Department Overview and Roles and Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for driving the macro level employee experience strategies across EMEA Operations, assisting in the implementation and execution of the EMEA Operations employee experience programme and interpreting these strategies via effective communication, tooling and outreaches
  • Capture, tracking and effective management of all high-level employee experience activities, community actions, volunteering support and creating articulate high calibre mediums of narrative, cascade and delivery across EMEA Operations
  • Understand, interpret and deliver meaningful employee experience across the EMEA Operations businesses and activities, including an understanding of the experience materiality, drivers and type
  • Assist in the creation and embedding of Employee Engagement streams, activities, narrative mediums and external community engagement activities
  • Ensuring that the EMEA Operations engagement scores align to strategic objectives
  • Ensure embedding of a robust employee experience programme and demonstrate adaptability and understanding of employee experiences and requirements
  • Devise, build and track any/all associated metrics and activities resulting from the EMEA Operations employee experience programme
