    The Project Delivery & Leadership team

    A Clinical Trial is an interdisciplinary project involving multiple functions. As a project, it needs to deliver results on-time, on-budget and to a defined quality. This team applies Project Management methodologies to ensure delivery enablement between all the participating teams.

    Internship overview

    From your first day, you will complement your education in STEM / Business / Healthcare working on actual department assignments, always linked to our mission to deliver solutions that bring life-changing medicines to patients faster.

    Gain In-Depth Business Acumen: This internship offers a unique chance to develop a strong foundation in general business acumen. You will learn how our company operates, gain insights into business processes, and understand the complexities of the clinical research industry.

    Hands-on experience: at the end of this internship you will be able to:

    • Through deep analysis of data, metric reports and operational compliance, you will enable globally dispersed teams to deliver Clinical Trials to agreed scope and timeliness.
    • You will learn how to troubleshoot health projects and play a key role identifying Risks and Trends which may have negative financial impact, even potentially leading to failure in bringing new medicines to life.
    • Serve as a key stakeholder contact working with global teams, establishing working relationships with team members which result in stakeholder satisfaction, operational excellence and improved quality/efficiency.
    • Strengthen your confidence, as you lead teams or participate as a contributing team member to ensure cross-functional collaboration… you will have the ears of Senior Project Managers and Directors
    • And… will have fun while you do all this!

    Education/qualifications/skills

    • Working towards Bachelor’s degree in the fields of STEM, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biology, Mathematics or Business.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
    • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
    • Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
    • Demonstrated computer skills –excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel) is advantageous
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
    • Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
