The social purpose team at Four is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious graduate to join their expanding communications team, working across the agency’s key charity and government accounts. We apply behaviour change principles to communications campaigns to make a real difference, whether that’s to protect the public from fraud or to drive sign-ups to the stem cell donor register.

The role will involve media relations, influencer engagement, social media content creation and case study engagement and management.

Who are we looking for?

  • Ideally the candidate will be a recent graduate
  • Some work experience in PR preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to express ideas clearly
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness
  • Creativity and ability to generate ideas
  • Good organisational skills
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Passionate about communication and ambition to develop new skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A working knowledge of social media channels

Flexible Working Policy

Four has a fully flexible working policy across all its locations and offices. This means staff can work at home at any time unless they have face-to-face commitments such as client meetings and events, team meetings or training, where they will be required to be in the office or another location.
