Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization? As a Trainee Pensions Administrator in our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of pension casework. You'll be responsible for reviewing and logging cases, making data amendments, and liaising with our administration team to deliver outstanding service to our scheme members. Your efforts will directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our pension operations, ensuring our members receive world-class service. Work closely with a nurturing team, building relationships and collaborating to achieve common goals. Develop your skills in administration, data management, and communication, with opportunities to support and learn from experienced team leaders. How you'll make an impact
- Complete administration tasks promptly, adhering closely to company policies and regulations.
- Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all cases are peer-reviewed.
- Connect with scheme members via email, letter, and phone.
- Prepare member correspondence and contribute to client reports.
- Support team members and assist the Team Leader as needed.
About you
- Experience in administration is a plus.
- Strong data processing and input skills.
- Excellent prioritization and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
