Roles and Responsibilities

In the 12-month Human Resources (HR) Placement, you'll gain invaluable skills and experience in covering all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations/engagement and learning and development. You could be working alongside our HR Operations Centre of Excellence, supporting with performance reviews, absent management disciplinary and grievance meetings, helping to implement HR policies and procedures and working on various simplification projects.

You will be guided by structured goals and objectives and will have responsibility to deliver on inspiring projects supported by your manager and team around you. We will support you throughout the year to ensure you make the best of your GE experience. Your manager will offer coaching and mentoring, and the Company will provide the opportunity to connect with other placement students across the UK.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Currently studying towards a HR/Business/Psychology degree – penultimate/final year 

  • Passionate about Human Resources

Useful Information 

  • All placements are available to penultimate/final year students and will start between June to August 2022, for a duration of 12 months.

  • The selection stages include online assessments, video interview and a final round interview.
