OMLP accelerates development of early career talent and produces operational leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Supply Chain (inclusive of manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics) functions at GE.
OMLP is a 2-year program consisting of 3 eight-month rotations across our UK sites that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training. Typical rotations include one or more of the following:
Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor
Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
Technical (lean, manufacturing engineer, process engineer)

Currently studying towards an Operations/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Engineering related degree or an unrelated degree but significant experience within Supply Chain/Aviation
