As a participant in Digital & Tech’s 2-year STEM graduate programme, you will have a fantastic opportunity to deliver impact and value, helping accelerate GSK’s ambition to get ahead of disease together while developing and refining your own skills. You will be aligned to:
- Global Supply Chain Digital and Tech (GSC D&T) which oversees high-quality pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing with over 40 sites worldwide. GSC also manages demand planning and logistics and has a high focus on sustainability.
What will you do?
- Induction programme Accelerates onboarding with training on business etiquette, teamwork, communication, personal development, decision-making, task prioritisation, stakeholder management, and accountability
- Digital and tech training covering AGILE methodology, IT service management, cyber security, data science, AI/ML GEN AI, software engineering, data analytics and visualisation, cloud, and business process automation
- The opportunity to put your technical skills into practice
- Problem solving, teamwork and project management - Design and implement digital solutions that improve quality, productivity and optimize manufacturing processes
- A holistic overview of how Digital & Tech supports GSK

What are we looking for?
- A curious and positive outlook, keen to explore emerging technologies and how they can benefit GSK
- A passion to solve complex problems, provide insights and technology / data driven solutions to inform decision making
- Dedicated to enhancing the lives of others through your work while delivering GSK’s ambition
- Demonstrable experience in Data, Coding and / or GEN AI would be an advantage
Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Electronics, or related engineering degree that incorporated a sizeable proportion of tech-related learning. Specialisation in one or more of the following – Data Science, AI / ML would be an advantage (but not essential) for some of our roles. Graduation by August 2025.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations
