Over the course of two years, our GSK Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three varied rotations, working on live projects alongside experts in industry:
An example rotation pathway may look like the below within Precision Medicine:
- First rotation: within the Project Management Operations group, which will support an understanding of end-to-end Precision Medicine areas and how they collaborate together.
- Second rotation: joining the Biomarkers and Bioanalytical Platforms (BBP) with a close link to the Technology group, to learn about new tech advancements such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML).
- Third rotation: bringing you to the Clinical Biomarker and Correlative Science (CB&CS) group. You can leverage your learning in Project Management, BBP and Technology, to seize opportunities and make a difference
What will you do?
- Undertake a variety of roles focusing on our key skill areas: cross functional leadership, strategic mindset with an enterprise view, data agility, digital fluency and business acumen
- Contribute to maximum strategic and operational value, and business impact –
with a clear link to our priorities - Unlock the value of emerging technologies to transform the way GSK delivers life-changing medicines to patients
- Accelerate your development through tailored training that is intuitive to you and your needs
- Continuously improve our systems to support vital business processes
- Join an international community of like-minded graduates who, alongside their day jobs, help to shape and run the GSK Graduate Programme
What are we looking for?
- Talented, ambitious science graduates with a keen interest in technological advances
- A curious mindset and an appetite for lifelong learning
- Fresh thinking, with innovative new ideas to boost productivity and efficiency
- An eagerness to learn and develop towards a leadership position
- Ability to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working and establishing relationships with senior leaders
- Ability to work in a grey space and to listen, reflect and ask questions
- A strong interest in a career in the healthcare industry
Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences (typically biology, immunology, biotechnology) from an accredited university, with a keen interest in technology. Graduation by September 2025.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations
Location: Stevenage, UK
Expected Start date: September 2025. This programme is a 2 year fixed term contract.

Of course, many graduates who join the programme have worked while studying or after graduation.
