To work on a wide range of sensory projects including process/ingredient changes and how it affects the sensorial experience, new flavour development or measuring product design attributes of prototypes and competitors, working with the expert sensory panel to translate consumer attributes into technical solutions to improve the total product experience

About you

You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree, but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You may be expected to provide evidence from your university to show you will be an undergraduate student for the duration of the placement year and they are supportive of your placement.
You will be an undergraduate or Integrated Masters student currently studying a Science, life science or engineering degree

What will you do?

  • Engaging with people both internally and externally 
  • Work on a wide range of projects across the Oral Health category 
  • Measuring product design attributes of GSK prototypes and competitor products 
  • Working with an expert sensory panel to translate consumer behaviour, barriers and insights to into technical solutions to improve the total product experience  
  • Process/ingredient changes and how it affects the sensorial experience

  • Gain experience and first-hand knowledge whilst working on several critical projects

  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
