Get to know us, our clients and start learning more about yourself. As an associate in our Valuations department, you’ll be joining an award-winning specialist team. In addition to the 25 dedicated valuations specialists in the UK, we have access to over 700 valuation specialists across 60 countries worldwide. The constantly evolving landscape calls for an approach that puts what’s right first, so you will need to push ideas harder and ask the difficult questions to give clients the assurance they need to support their ambitions and growth. There’ll be challenges along the way, but you’ll be supported and able to meet each one with a solution. That’s how you excel here.
A look into your future
Our three-year graduate programme is designed to take you on a journey from graduate to professionally qualified. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll experience during your first three years:
- Hands on experience in the different aspects of Valuations and Modelling, with a variety of clients including Entrepreneurs, Private and public companies, and Government
- Responsibility from early in your career, taking ownership for interesting and challenging client work
- You will take part in carrying out valuations for a wide range of purposes and you will be supported by a number of knowledgeable experts from the wider Grant Thornton firm, bringing together high technical expertise with insight and experience to support a variety of clients from diverse sectors
- On the job learning, alongside a structured training programme
- Time to study and revise for your exams, supported by us all the way to complete the ACA professional qualification
