Get to know us, our clients and start learning more about yourself. As a graduate associate in our Restructuring team, you’ll work with businesses in financial trouble. The constantly evolving landscape calls for an approach that puts what’s right first, so you will need to push ideas harder and ask the difficult questions to give clients the assurance they need to support their ambitions and growth.

Our Restructuring team work with a wide variety of different clients and stakeholders such as individuals, banks, creditors, courts and government agencies and our support spans individuals through to major, complex international organisations with interests around the globe. You'll need to be sensitive, but also challenge your clients on critical matters that could further affect the health of the company. In all our work our core purpose is to preserve or create value for stakeholders and to achieve this sometimes, closing a company down is the best outcome. However, where possible we focus on how we can ensure our client survives the financial hardships, identifying future opportunities for growth. There’ll be challenges along the way, but you’ll be supported and able to meet each one with a solution. That’s how you excel here.
