We’re looking for a driven, conscientious and enthusiastic university student for a fully paid 12-month internship/placement year, starting in Summer 2022.

The team

The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions

What you'll do 

  • Working within our Client Services team, you will help us ensure our clients are meeting with the most suitable experts and advisors.
  • Follow multiple work streams to help Project Managers organize client requests and track progress on projects
  • Ensure our experts and clients experience a smooth, effective and efficient service
  • Help us to maintain the highest possible compliance standards
  • Liaise with colleagues, expert advisors and clients
  • Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships

 

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Be studying towards a Bachelors degree or higher
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills required
  • Strong aptitude for developing systems of organization
  • Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent sense of urgency and responsiveness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
