We’re excited to announce that we now have a select number of opportunities for aspiring finance professionals to join us on our January 2023 intake.
Our highly sought-after finance graduate scheme is a structured four-year programme broken down into four 12-month placements. From working within the central finance team, gaining insight into departments such as credit control, treasury, and our shared service centre, through to site-based opportunities working alongside well-known, global brands, you’ll gain a full-rounded view of our business which will allow you to build key contacts that will enable you to continue to grow your career with GXO at the end of your programme.
During this time, you will be studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification to achieve qualified chartered accountant status.
We work with customers such as ASOS, Iceland, M&S, Tesco, ZARA, Go Outdoors, Nestlé, Costa Coffee, Greene King, BT and Virgin Media, to name only a few, so be prepared to see the diversity of roles and contracts we have here at GXO.
With a focus on your continued development and growth, you’ll be given the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge further with a tailored development plan consisting of leadership training opportunities, as well as access to our bespoke global learning platform known as GXO University.
You’ll be given responsibility from day one along with an amazing support network of colleagues and senior managers, some of whom also came through the same programme!
Our Graduate Academy team are always on hand to offer advice through regular one-to-ones, graduate webinars and tailored development events. The team ensure you are getting the most out of all of your placements while guiding you through your GXO journey.
