    Within our consumer and customer focused teams, you may be working on exciting projects such as digital commerce campaigns, new product launches, brand marketing activities, digital marketing campaigns to healthcare professionals and packaging design. You could also be working towards improving our in-store presence, using consumer insights and helping retailers grow revenue on our products by driving sales and promotions.

    What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

    You will gain an in-depth insight into the needs of our consumers and customers and will increase your awareness and appreciation of the different channels and business processes that are involved in bringing products to market.

    We have a variety of roles that sit in between the two core functions of Business and Marketing. These roles explore different commercial elements of the business and are within marketing, internal communications, data and analytics, supply chain and business processes and systems.

    Key responsibilities

    • Understand our brand strategy and the role communication plays throughout the consumer and shopper journey
    • Work with agency partners, internal stakeholders across a range of disciplines to create winning campaigns and consumer experiences
    • Navigate various software and digital platforms for data analysis, monitoring of budgets, supply and inventory, pulling insights and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Manage projects and tasks, providing early communication if there is a risk of not meeting any deliverables or deadlines
    • Ensuring campaigns and assets adhere to requirements and are approved through the regulatory process
    • Using a variety of communication channels to engage and inform the multi-functional teams of news, events and charitable projects both internal and externally
    • Production scheduling, materials and inventory management - including life cycle management of our products and working closely with our partners

    Education required

    You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You will be expected to provide evidence from your university to show you will be an undergraduate student for the duration of the placement year.
