    About the role

    The Global Expert Team (GET) is responsible for ensuring Experts (Healthcare Professionals) are clearly embedded as a key growth lever in Haleon; we develop global guidelines and share best-practice capabilities to drive alignment on Global Expert strategy across the organisation.

    The Global Insights team is part of the wider CBIA team and works within the Global Expert Team providing the link between our Experts (HCPS) and marketers. We work on a range of adhoc and continuous market research projects across all Haleon consumer health brands, collecting key insights and data from our Experts, ranging from tracking performance to the development of marketing materials.

    The role of an IP in our Insights Team will be to support us on these projects, you will get exposure to multiple types of research and have the opportunity to work across numerous research disciplines e.g. qualitative & quantitative research, ethnography, tracking. We are a close-knit team working in a fast-paced, fun environment with approachable leaders, so you will find yourselves part of key strategic workstreams, making a difference to Haleon brands and learning about Experts from day 1.

    What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

    • Support Global Expert Insights team to set-up, manage and deliver global market research projects, this will include
      • Developing clear and concise market research alongside marketing stakeholders
      • Managing good working relationships with key agency partners in order to ensure smooth running of market research projects to meet objectives
      • Actively taking part in workshops and collaborating with teams to identify opportunities for growth and developing Expert strategy
      • Supporting the management and delivery of our Expert performance tracking and RGM studies
      • Taking responsibility for various elements of ad hoc market research studies from the initial Kick-off, management in field to the delivery of results
    • You will be given the opportunity to take ownership of various initiatives as you develop in your role, this might be
      • Taking the lead in sharing market research findings across the business e.g. running ‘lunch and learns’ and insights sessions with a wider audience
      • Speaking directly to Experts as part of our ‘Expert Closeness’ program and helping the Expert marketing team develop an ‘Expert Obsession’ by leading training, moderation and analysis of Skype IO interview program
      • Developing our Expert Insights profile across the organisation sharing insights on Workplace and our ‘Expert Obsession’ GSK Tube channel
      • Initiating and expanding the collection of competitor insights as part of ‘Expert Obsession’ program to share across the wider team.

    What you'll need

    To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

    Education required

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3 or more years of experience in a business leadership, life science, or related technology role

    Other requirements

    • Fast learner with the ability to hit the ground running
    • Able to confidently lead as well as work well in a team
    • Organised and good project management skills
    • Good communication and relationship building skills
    • Good level of Microsoft office skills - including Excel and Powerpoint
