Join our Haleon Procurement team in London for an exciting 2-year Graduate Programme, starting in September 2026.

Our two-year Global Procurement Graduate Programme offers three challenging 8-month rotations across Direct and Indirect Procurement, where you'll manage spend, stakeholders, and strategy, as well as work on cross-category projects. You'll gain essential skills and experience, directly supporting our commercial goals with strong support and development opportunities.  

Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to

  • Create spend category-specific strategies that provide valuable insights and innovative solutions to help the business thrive and drive positive change. 
  • Lead strategic sourcing events (such as Requests for Information, Quotes, and Proposals) and manage negotiations with third-party suppliers. 
  • Participate in Supplier Relationship Management to support performance evaluation, supplier development and address potential risks. 
  • Promote responsible purchasing practices and tools to help manage effective spending. 
  • Drive automation and simplification across procurement data, technology and processes. 
  • Manage projects and prioritise tasks while developing strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and departments within Haleon. 
  • Collaborate with teams like Finance and Legal to review financial proposals and lead contract negotiations and revisions. 

Education requirements

  • We welcome applications from all degree disciplines, however degrees in Business, Supply Chain or any Engineering or Science with a strong business focus are particularly advantageous for this graduate programme. 

To be eligible for the Haleon Graduate programme, all candidates must have the continuous right to work in the UK and any offer of employment is conditional upon this requirement being satisfied. Haleon UK do not provide sponsorship to undergraduates and graduates trying to obtain the right to work in the UK 

Please note for Graduate roles you must have graduated by August 2026 and provided proof of Degree.

Application process

The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

  • Application – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.
  • Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.
  • One-Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
  • Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
  • Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.

Interviews will be held in November/December 2025
