Systems and IT Solutions Trainer

Hartwell is a leading multi-franchise retail motor group in the UK and has been trading successfully for more than 100 years. Operating 11 dealerships across 10 locations, they currently represent brands including Ford and Fiat.
Summary:
- Degree essential. Ideally but not limited to IT, Computing, and Maths.
- The role will require travelling to various locations including Hartwell dealerships.
- Full driving licence essential.
Responsibilities:
- A responsibility for carrying out systems training across the Group.
- Systems include but not limited to: Showroom deal management system, in-house paperless systems for Sales, Service and Finance, DMS (dealer management system), Manufacturer systems, and our Hartwell App.
- On-going training carried out with staff to ensure systems and their functionality are wholly utilised to their full capability.
- Giving support when new features are added to systems to train necessary staff across the Group on how to use these competently.
- Keeping up-to-date with Company systems to ensure best practice and knowledge can be passed on.
- Contributing ideas to advance Company systems processes and procedures.
- Involvement with a variety of departments across the Group.
