The scheme

As a Finance Graduate, you'll undertake a two-year professional leadership and development programme. You'll get involved with a range of exciting projects rotating across areas of finance including:

  • Business Partnering
  • Planning & Investment 
  • Business Services
  • Treasury & Corporate Finance
  • Financial Control

Supporting you for success

Throughout the programme, you will enjoy the support of a senior sponsor from the leadership team. They will be there to help you build your networks, challenge your thinking and unlock opportunities. You will also meet regularly with a dedicated mentor who can answer any questions you may have about the organisation and help you find solutions to any challenges you may face. Plus, you will have a ‘buddy’ to show you the ropes and help you settle in.

Your professional development

Whilst you are completing real work, with real responsibility, you will be supported in studying to achieve a fuly funded professional finance qualification in CIMA or ACCA. You will receive personalised support from industry experts as well as a designated training buddy to help you successfully complete your qualification and graduate programme.
