About the job

HelloFresh UK is on the hunt for a Brand Marketing Intern who wants to gain valuable experience within a high performance brand team. The role will focus on Social Content and PR and  will support  the day to day management of our social media channels and campaigns to engage customers with our content.

What you will be doing

Working closely with the local brand team you’re overall responsibilities will include:

  • Support the day-to-day handling of all social media channels delivering engaging and creative social content that boosts visibility, customer engagement and promotes brand-focused messaging.
  • Support with community management and responding to comments across our social channels.
  • Prepare and submit creative photo and video briefs to our Global studio.
  • Support the Brand Campaign and Social Executive in creative ideation of campaigns that promote our brand, NPD and partnerships
  • Work with the Brand Campaign and Social Executive to support our in-house production filming schedule across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and working with external agencies on editing schedules. 
  • Create monthly  performance reports for social media and PR.
  • Work alongside the PR manager to develop exciting press releases and thought leadership campaigns 
  • Attend the weekly PR agency meetings and scan the news everyday to look for tactical opportunities for HelloFresh.

Who you are

  • Eager to gain experience in a high growth direct to consumer marketing team
  • Studying for a degree or has a degree in a relevant subject to the role. E.g. journalism, public relations, communication, or marketing
  • Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and active user of TikTok 
  • Great copywriting skills 
  • Open mind and willingness to get involved
