We are looking for a driven graduate to join our Industrial Adhesives team, to craft their career in social media and content marketing. Working with our leading channel partners, you will coordinate a full marketing plan across social media and traditional practices supporting the drive and development of new and existing product ranges in line with our business plans. The role will enable the successful candidate to develop campaigns in the Western European region. We will provide extensive training, guidance & support, as well as the opportunity to experience our industry from the inside gaining valuable work experience with a market leading company.

Your Role

  • Co-develop marketing structures that develop our existing channel partner network across the UK & Nordics region.
  • Take over content creation for all of our Marketing calendar social events, including organising cross-platform content strategies
  • Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our partners needs and their specific industry focus’
  • Help develop and execute best practice marketing activation to deliver brand objectives.
  • Be the focus point for the development of articles and posts to feed out channel partners with positive, thought provoking, business focused content.
  • Perform research into our clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space.
  • Assist with capturing and analysing social media metrics.
  • Additional support with trade show assistance, webinar platforms and e-learning development across our customer facing digital networks.
  • Prospect support through preferred digital channels (Linkedin)

Your Skills

  • Degree educated, or equivalent, ideally within Business or Marketing
  • Understanding of electronics industries would be an additional benefit (but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms (especially Linkedin)
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Ability to be self-driven with forward thinking ideas that can develop our already strong strategy
  • Hardworking and dedicated
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
  • Positivity and a high energy level
